Low-fat milk is increasingly becoming the choice of user
that emphasizes taking low-calorie beverages.
But do you know that one study carried by two researches,
David Ludwig of Hopital Childhood Boston and Dr. Walter Willett of ill-health
Public School, Harvard University, United States of America found that low-fat
milk may contribute to weight gain.
"No data clearly linking that low-fat milk can reduce
weight.
"On the contrary, low-fat milk fans tends to increase
weight when drinking low-fat milk does not satisfy our hunger, otherwise
encourage them to take food and other beverages in a large quantity,"
Ludwig said recently.
Meanwhile, according to experts endocrine childhood, Dr.Mark
Daniel DeBoer in childhood studies found that low-fat milk drinker tend to increase
weight compared to a child who drink skim milk.
"One fact to keep in mind, in general, low-fat milk has
a higher sugar content so that it feels more savory. In addition, the benefit
content is also less compared to skim milk," he said.
