The habit of chewing gum in public, may cause discomfort for some individuals, but a recent scientific study reveals that chewing behavior is actually good for brain fitness.


Studies by the National Institute of Radiological Sciences, Japan and several scientific institutions proves, at least eight places on the human brain can benefit from such treatment.

Lead researcher Professor Andy Smith, said, chewing gum, can improve the passionate and inviting temporary measure blood flow in the brain.
