Excessive intake of sugar will interrupt the absorption of

5 - Air pollution.
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our human body.
Air pollution can cause a reduction in oxygen supply to the brain and brain
activity.
6 – To much sleep.
Restful sleep is good for the brain but a long sleep time
can cause brain cells to die.
7 - Covering the face while sleeping.
Sleep while covering the face will cause brain receives more
oxygen and carbon dioxide that it will bring damage to the brain.
8 - Leaving the brain works when we are not in good health condition.
Working while you are unwell can reduce the effectiveness of
the brain as well as damage brain cells.
9 - Less imigination
Thinking is the best way to train our brain. Lack
imigination can cause the level of intelligence / activity of the brain
decreases.
10 - Rarely thinks.
Rarely thinks will cause the brain to be less active.
Therefore, constructive discussion can increase the effectiveness of our
intelligence.
