Do not drink calories, but eat foods that contain a lot of calories. Liquid calories will not make you full faster and make you want to eat more. Avoid drinks that contains many calories like soda or alcohol.

Using a dish like a small plate and bowl will make you full faster than using a large plate dish.

7. Do not eat while watching TV
According to one study of people who eat while working or watching TV will take 50 cent more calories and make you full faster.

8. Use the blue equipment
One study indicate where blue is able to curb the appetite. Use blue tableware to reduce your appetite.

9. Vegetarians Food
Eat vegetarian food filled with fiber and foods that contain fewer calories like fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts. Studies indicate that eating vegetarian food can effectively lose weight faster compared to those who eat meat, chicken, and dairy products.
